The report is accessible only to you and the Whistleblowing Manager of EI Towers S.p.A.Through this platform you can send a report in a safe and confidential way even in a complete anonymous form.
Confidential reports: Confidential report means a report in which the reporter is identifiable. Confidential reports require prior registration of the user and then, once the account is created, the user can submit the report. You can also submit a confidential report without creating an account, by filling in the report form from the "Report without registration" section (if any) and indicating your personal data at the end of the form. The data of the reporter are separated from the report therefore the confidential report is sent to the Supervisor in an anonymous form. Only the Supervisor is able to associate the report with the data of the reporter and then view the identity.
Anonymous report: anonymous reports are reports that do not allow the association of the report with the name of the reporter because his data do not exist. In this case the reporter is not obliged to register into the system and can send the report as an unregistered user in the section "Report without registration", if present.
This platform ensures the confidentiality and security of information: All the contents you enter, including your identity, are encrypted and can only be read by you and the Supervisor receiving the report or other recipients receiving the reports (Supervisor of Whistleblowing).
Once the report is sent, you can follow the progress and continue to communicate with the Whistleblowing Manager through the message area, associated to the report. Even in this case all the information is encrypted and protected by the platform. If you have provided an email address (or if you have registered), you will receive an email notification when the Manager sends you a message. In any case, we advise you to access your report periodically to verify the presence of any requests for clarification by the Manager. For more confidentiality, we recommend that you do not use a company email address.
If you have indicated your name, or if you send the report as a registered user, your identity remains hidden to the Manager, who will still have the right to view it if necessary. In that case you will be informed by an alert within the report.
For more privacy we suggest:
- do not enter personal data that could be identified by you in the description of the reported event;
- do not use a company email address for registration or to receive notifications from the system;
- Do not send a report from your workstation.
